Winter in genral is just cold and boring, I personally love the summer the warmer weather is just more satisfying for me...
Around winter time in superior highschool, everybody is just trying to keep warm. There's basketball games and all of our regular rutenins.
The coldest day of the year just happen to be in the mineral county area, of course lol, but it got down to -13 degrees which is cold for midmoring.
Well, it's 3rd quarter and everybody is just hopin' soon will get a snow day, actually one day it's warm with snow and another day it's freezin' with ice. Students are just trying to have fun, but walkin up to that lunch rooom isn't very fun I have heard alot of complaints, of walkin' up that hill when it's so cold.
Well, better go not much news during the winter everybody is just trying to keep warm, and have fun in the winter in Superior,MT.

A Day In Yearbook
A typical day in yearbook, well there's a topic that could start many different ways depending on the day I suppose. We are talking typically though so here's one view of how our class runs.
First off we come down stairs and usually Mrs. R is waiting at the bottom of the stairs. We pull up a chair and sit down. There's a table in the back that for some reason usually most people will go and sit. That pretty much consist of most the class give a few.
When Mrs. S walks down she sees us all siting at the back table and tells everyone that's not supposed to sit at that table to leave. Well lets just say it takes a few minutes before anyone will move.
After everyone goes and sits down once again every once in a while she will talk about something relating to pictures. If she doesn't she takes four students up stairs to work on there pages and leaves the rest of us down stairs with her.
So we all walk over to our computers, log on, and pull up whatever we are working on. Less then a minute or two later you will here some sort of music coming from the computer. Of course its from one our Mp3 players. Then you slowly start to hear some of the guys singing along with the songs, usually most people would think opposite and expect the girls to sing, but not in our class. If you watch carefully and there's not a whole lot of conversation going on everyone sitting at the computers will slowly start bobbing there head or something going to the beat of the music. At the very end of the line you can every once in awhile also see Mrs. S dancing a little.
Our class slowly goes by on some days but on others it seems as if you barely just came down here. The day ends the same way every day with the bell dismissing us and our class leaving for upstairs.

A Day in ISS
A Day in ISS
A DAY IN ISS A day in Iss is a depressing lonely day that seems like it will never end. Iss is short for In School Suspension. I know about becase i was in it. I had to go for too many tardies. Well it was a friday and i was in 1st period english when Mr. L walked in and said " Tb come with me, you will need your stuff." When i go into the hall way he shows me this paper that showed all of my tardies. I had alot of them. Most in 5th period math, but the same amount in computer apps. The two in yearbook, and one for Mr. T's homeroom. He said one more tardie and i would have a week of Iss. I didnt think that was that bad. I mean how hard could getting out of all my classes too just sit and be lazy be. Well i was about to find out. When we got down with Mrs. R I saw something that would make this day a whole lot worse. SG. After the first period i was losing my mind. But then ES came down so it got a little better. When 3rd period started there was a class coming so we had to go to the band room. We stayed there for a while and that was the best becasue mrs. R had to help SG with reading so she left me and ES all alone. After like 20 minutes we went to the library. We stayed there until lunch. That was pretty nice getting to socialize with people. When that ended the worst part of the day came. The second half was horrible. it was boring, lonely and really lasted for ever. I was so bored i read some of Romeo and Juliet that was awful, i started to think that there was something wrong with my reading because it seemed like every other word was missing. It was finally the end of the day and i was very, very, happy. Its been two days since that tragic experiance. I havent been tardie since adn i plan on not beeing tardy for a long time. Now im going to tell why i think that iss is pointless. They put you down in a room in school, all day, but they dont let you got get your homework for that day. So let alone possible depression you also get behind in all of your classes. Well thats all im going to say about that awful experiance. Hope you liked it. Bye.

A Day In SHS!
A day in a Student that attends Superior High School's life is hectic. Monday alot of people dont want to be at school, usally because their tired and know they still have the rest of the week to go. The breaks are hectic also, even though there is only around 120 kids in the whole school. The halls are so small, busy, and full. People are always running into other people, by lunch it isnt as hectic but still hectic. People are are so ready to get away from the school they rush to the cafeteria, and their cars. Alot of the kids that go to the cafeteria say the food is nasty but they continue the food. Some people just bring a pack lunch and eat at the school. There is this one cool senior W.S who eats in the gym almost everyday. After lunch the rest of the day isnt as hectic. Alot of people calm down and wait for the day to end. 7th Period is usally the calmest. Most everyone is happy for the school day to be over.

Lunch
A bell rings animals bolt from their gate and race to the finish line. Sounds like a horse race but it's really lunch hour. The only difference is the horses are kids, and the finish line is the lunch line. Instead of just going to the lunch room in the building like in other schools. Students have to sprint uphill to the elementary school for lunch. If you stop just to take a leak your going to endure half and hour wait in the lunch line that continues outside the door of the building. The food is usually heated up frozen food, like chicken strips and fries. occasionally its home made, like the Navajo Taco. When you get into the puny lunch room with the big painting of people running around with grossly over sized food, students can finally sit down eat some food, talk about how boring the day is and just relax.
Freshman Float Building
It was Friday morning of homecoming week. The freshman class gathered into the shop. All you could hear was questions asked repeatedly. "What going on?" "What are we doing?" "What do we do?"
Being the lowest on the totem pole, they had no idea what to do that hectic morning. After observing for about an hour Mrs. W started giving orders. After realizing most of the freshman didn't even no what the theme their own theme was, she listened to D.H., C.E., A.S., Y.L., K.C., and K.P. advised them to start the signs for the float. The signs said "Rock The Devils" and "Class Of 2011" as well as our freshman royalty signs.
After lunch and games in the afternoon, the time came to display the work. With blank stares and questioning eyebrows our mix of signs was unsuccessful at portraying our theme. Some made sense while others were from another planet.
As the float went down River Street there were laughs, cheers, and an experience the freshman class had together including our mirror accident
